About Rob Bryce

I am an effective Business Architecture and Analysis Consultant with one foot in the board room and the other in the server room. My specialty is in achieving structure and efficiency in support operations via the ITIL disciplines, but have been responsible for achieving organizational change and streamlining operations across many industries. In addition to the classic ITIL disciplines I also have a good grounding in operational security processes for large enterprises. I have significant Director-level management experience which I leverage when ascertaining the needs and developing options for corporate executives, colleagues and customers. I seek out difficult, complex challenges and succeed by first breaking them down into meaningful, achievable pieces and then effectively communicate with staff and clients how to surmount those challenges, gaining both buy-in and trust. Due to starting my own firm in the Business Consulting and IT Implementation space and growing it to 35 staff over 11 years, I am well aware of corporate challenges and the need to innovate. I have a proven reputation and foster long term relationships with colleagues, partners and clients. I am a high energy individual who works effectively and cooperatively in a team environment or alone as required. Being reliable, innovative and ensuring deadlines are met are my hallmarks, and I ask for assistance when required.
