My core competencies include leading and managing a team of professional agents. I am motivated by the mission of providing value and satisfaction to our clients, whether they are vendors, landlords, buyers, or tenants. I also bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I am a published author and a systems developer. I oversee the operations and performance of The Good Estate Agent Network, ensuring that we deliver quality service and results to our clients across the UK. Additionally, I leverage my systems skills to create and manage custom apps that streamline and automate our workflows, data management, and reporting.
