His background includes a broad experience in project management in all aspects of the construction industry, including design-build, site work, road work, rail construction, compliance construction, secured facilities, Federal and Local Government, Military/DOD, tenant renovations, parking structures, residential construction & Commerical construction. Mr. Burson is responsible for material procurement, subcontract awards, scheduling, job coordination, cost controls, invoicing, quality control, punch list, preliminary design, and working with the entire team to facilitate the day-to-day field operation and coordination. Mr. Burson holds a current OSHA 30 hour certification in construction safety and health to ensure OSHA compliance to assigned projects. He implements and manages on-site project safety programs and inspections in accordance with contract compliance requirements. He is also current with First Aid/CPR/AED certifications. Mr. Burson is currently certified by the NAVFAC/USACE as a Contractor Quality Control Manager and is adept in the three-phase quality control program and documentation.
