I have over 20 years industry experience as a dedicated MEP PQS. My journey in the industry started with the engineering services team at Davis Langdon which I joined as a graduate. In my 10 years at Davis Langdon I rose through the ranks to the position of associate before joining alinea consulting LLP where I became a Partner. Part of my key role at alinea was to establish and run the MEP PQS team which grew to c.15 dedicated MEP surveyors strong.Over my years of experience I have worked with a variety of clients including Stanhope, Derwent London and British Land. My project experience includes a number of prestigious developments such as Central Saint Giles, The Angel Building, Quadrant 3, 1 Bishopsgate Plaza and 1 Leadenhall Building. I am comfortable operating at all stage of the cost management process from feasibility through to final account agreement, with a close understanding of the central London MEP market.
