This experience honed my managerial sales skills and showcased my ability to navigate high-stakes financial challenges.• Recruited by one of Orange County, CA's largest independent mortgage lenders, I served as Vice President in a dynamic call center environment where I excelled, showcasing my proficiency in management and business development.• In 2009, I ventured into a transformative chapter, diversifying my expertise into the real estate industry. Alongside my wife, I obtained a Broker's license and founded Blackstone Estates, a boutique real estate firm that proudly held the top position in the local market of southern Orange County for over a decade. • In 2021, my wife and I relocated to Raleigh, NC, marking the inception of RJ Collective—a distinctive full-service real estate brand under the Compass brokerage umbrella. Concurrently, we co-founded LINEN + ORCHID, a comprehensive interior design firm, seamlessly integrating it into our services with a distinct SELL.BUY.DESIGN™ focus.
