I was fortunate to join the health care industry right out of Queen's, and to spend my first twelve years taking on a series of Sales and Marketing opportunities for a company that was rapidly evolving and willing to give to me a series of 'stretch' mandates. Over twelve years in Sales, Marketing, and Leadership with Biovail, I established myself as the 'go-to guy' for the launch of new brands, strategies, and teams. My strength lies in taking complex information (science, strategy, market intelligence) and translating it into simple direction on which we can execute. Over the last seven years, I have had the opportunity to complement the skills I developed at Biovail with formal training in the Ivey EMBA program - and then to apply them to a wide array of business challenges in the service of my clients at ZS Associates.
