I have been working in numerous support roles at UKG for over 29 years, and I look forward to the future at UKG to continue my career journey with an expanded group of absolutely great colleagues. For the past 10 years, I have been fortunate to lead an all star team of talented individuals who provide world class customer support to end users on the UKG suite of WFM applications. Customers can now leverage our expertise to make the most of their UKG solution and fulfill their internal support desk needs. Utilizing UKG to provide end user support on the products we know best, allows for faster issue resolution and efficient knowledge transfer to the workforce. This provides a stronger ROI to our customers from the UKG product, with the additional benefit of freeing up IT resources to focus on the day to day business needs of the organization.Prior to my current role, I was a member of the PLUS Support Team with UKG Global Support working as a Technical Account Manager. In this role I delivered high-level technical support for a select group of customers, who I worked with directly on a day to day basis acting as an extension of their core IT support team.Specialties: Cloud computing, account management,consulting, MSSQL Server, Microsoft operating systems, networking, complex interface analysis and build, and UKG Workforce Central and Pro WFM software programming and troubleshooting.
