With two decades of expertise in aircraft maintenance, I am a seasoned and dedicated leader with a genuine passion for empowering individuals to succeed. Recently concluding my Skillbridge internship at Allegiant Giving, a non-profit supporting veterans in their transition to civilian careers, I am eager to channel my leadership, management, training course development, course creation, and military instruction skills into my next professional endeavor. In my previous role as an Lead Production Manager in the United States Air Force, I led a team of 36 flight line maintenance leaders, ensuring the readiness and reliability of a fleet of 40 C-17s valued at over $9B. Leveraging my exceptional analytical decision-making and project management abilities, I consistently met and surpassed production goals, schedules, and budget targets. I provided strong leadership to boost team productivity and morale, and regularly prepared and delivered status reports to executive-level leaders.
