I’m a client and stakeholder management specialist with a background in marketing research, custom app development, and consumer targeting. My strength lies in translating complex client needs into clear, actionable goals—and then leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and services that truly meet those needs. I got my start in marketing research, where my curiosity and analytical mindset helped uncover deep consumer insights for a wide range of clients. Over time, I took on full responsibility for client service, managing major accounts such as Royal Bank of Canada, Great-West Life, and TD Canada Trust. I worked closely with senior managers and regularly delivered results to corporate leadership, from division vice-presidents to the C-Suite. I also interacted directly with my clients’ customers, addressing their questions and concerns related to the research we conducted. That experience deepened my understanding of stakeholder needs at every level and reinforced the importance of clear communication, empathy, and trust. Eventually, I realized I wanted to be more directly involved in shaping what came next—how insights translated into business decisions, products, and strategies. That led me into project management roles where I could guide the full lifecycle of client solutions—from initial discovery through to delivery and impact. Empathetic and creative, I love working with people, building trust, and helping teams succeed. I’m also comfortable working independently and thrive in environments where I can learn, adapt, and bring clarity to complexity.
