I enjoy being in a position where I can influence improvements to processes that make the organization stronger and more efficient. I’m a champion of the company’s mission and goals and will place personnel in a role that is best for them as well as the organization. My strengths are my sound judgement, accountability and integrity. I practice mental toughness, confidence, and genuine concern for my co-workers and subordinates. I want an organization to be better because I’ve added value to the culture and increased profit margin.
