I am a results-driven professional Proposal Manager/Technical Communicator with over 20 years of experience in the nuclear, heavy civil construction, urban transportation, mining, industrial, business development, workplace health & safety, procurement, environmental, and public utilities sectors. I specialize in pursuit management across various contract models including Alliance/IPD/PDB Collaborative Model Contracting. Some of my key skills include: • Proposal management and coordination (includes writing, editing, and overall bid coordination) involving government Alternative Delivery Model (P3) Design Build Finance/Design Build projects and private sector Design Build projects; • Writing, editing, and management of RFP/RFQ proposal documents (both business development and procurement evaluation & curation), dynamic presentations, multi-source study documents, and executive summaries. • Experience writing, editing, and formatting feasibility study documents in multiple industries (including NR-43-101 standards) • Skilled at developing and cultivating strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to focus on delivering high quality, consistent, and detailed project deliverables as required. • Highly organized for the purposes multi-tasking, project coordination, proposal preparation/management, reporting, and KPI monitoring. I was a college professor in the Seneca College for Arts and Technology Technical Communications Graduate Program 2013 to 2017.
