Rising Stars’ research methodology incorporates objective criteria such as experience, production levels, peer review and disciplinary history. Clients surveyed rated real estate agents on evaluative criteria, such as customer service, market knowledge, and overall satisfaction- 2018 #1 individual agent on the Shoreline for Pearce and #5 in sales volume company wide for 2018- 2019 Named Assistant Manager of Pearce Real Estate’s Shoreline offices which include Guilford, Clinton, and Branford. I also finished in the Top 10 in sales volume company wide for 2019- 2020 and 2021, finished in the Top 10 Residential Agents in sales volume company wide. I was also awarded Connecticut Magazine’s Five Star Realtor Award for the 4th consecutive year.Since my graduation from Guilford High School in 2009, I studied marketing, advertising, and interior design. I am an active member of the community and am currently volunteering on two local committees. Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America, and the Housing for Economic Growth and Development Plan Committee in Guilford. I recently finished my term on the Board of Directors for the Guilford Free Library. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, shopping at thrift shops, collecting and selling mid-century modern furniture, and rooting on Tottenham Hotspur in the English Premier League.
