Program management history includes developing software solutions for the Finance, Education, Medicaid, Military, Telecommunications, Energy Systems, Healthcare, and Retail industries. Recent notable achievements include: o Led successful organizational transformation from 30+ systems unique delivery methods to a single service-line methodology, migrating an organization from a challenged Waterfall approach to an improved Agile approach. o Led two very large implementation efforts including world’s most comprehensive implementation of Oracle’s COTS Enterprise Taxation and Policy Management (ETPM) software with total project values of $50M+ and $80M+. o Managed a multinational team with resources located in the US, India, and Egypt developing and implementing a new Medicaid system for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with a project value of $100M and a staff of 200+ resources.
