About Rob Delvallet

My work history has been in various markets and in varying capacities/positions of authority, and as such, my wisdom and experience sets me apart from many seeking employment in our province today. I am at a point in my life where I seek a role in Atlantic Canada that will enable me to draw from my work and life experience, in combination with my attained knowledge and apply it to any opportunities going forward. At first glance I may appear as a professional or entrepreneur that would only be interested in executive employment due to my work history. Consequently, I may not be considered for business development positions. However, I am motivated and fueled by business growth opportunities, as is demonstrated by my work history. I set personal MBOs to grow companies, within varying industries, in the most profitable and sustainable ways and do so without compromising the customer satisfaction. My 20 plus year career has: over 7 years in franchise operational support, marketing and sales development; 5 plus years as a partner in the startup of Kontact marketing group, and over 10 years of experience in the media distribution industry. I have the ability to recognize opportunities for efficiency and profit recapture being overlooked by many companies. For the most part, companies are attempting to increase profitability in our economically-challenged environment, through new method design and/or restructuring. However, I see profit recapture in the established environment, or can develop a functioning profitable environment for new ventures. I am able to analyze the existing distribution methods and identify and/or propose the best practice models to regain lost revenue to increase business profitability. Specialties: Logistic evaluation; development of distribution models and the subsequent implementation of said models; distribution analysis in established and new markets; identification of untapped efficiencies and growth potential in established distribution models.
