About Rob Dermedy

My career to date has been focused in the electrical construction industry and service within the commercial real estate market. During this time I have developed my skill sets from supporting the project construction team to managing and mentoring the project team and providing all manner of services to the commercial real estate market. Further within my present position with Oxford I have been able to look deeper into the operational side of our facilities taking note of where I may apply knowledge and service experience to better serve our tenants and our organization as a whole. I feel that if given the opportunity to apply my skills I can help to reduce costs, improve service and perhaps mentor others by sharing knowledge and insight. I believe my skills and experience, specifically in the areas of service management, tenant installs, quality control and safety would be an excellent fit within our existing team. Recently, I have achieved my master electrician certification which I felt necessary to take on more of a leadership role. Personally, my values of striving for quality, taking ownership of my decisions and actions, and working in a team environment would make me successful in any role. In terms of personal qualities, I have excellent communications skills and am able to establish a rapport with people at all levels of an organization, clients, and the general public. You’ll find me to be a hard working, dedicated and conscientious team player, able to handle hours required in order to get the job done. I feel that given the opportunity to apply these skills to our existing structure we can achieve a great many things together.
