Currently work with Alego Health as a Finance Manager and Systems Manager. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University with a focus on Accounting and Management Information Systems (MIS). I have five years of accounting experience. I have worked extensively on payroll management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, creating budgets, managing spend downs, forecasting, W-2 creation and distribution, creating and managing excel workbooks to improve the processes in various accounting/finance functions. Experience in Information Systems range the overall implementation of many systems over the course of my career. Have the capability of learning a new system within a short period of time, improving the overall functionality and use of the system based on the needs of the organization. Led my organization with the implementation of Kronos Workforce Ready which included an overhaul of the payroll system, HR system, Time and labor Management, tax reconciliation and employee performance and information management. Currently working as the system administrator that manages payroll, operations, time and labor accounting, HR functions and tax functions.
