I am a results driven leader in sales and education. I enjoy interacting with people to make a positive difference in their lives through education.As a Campus President, it was my privilege to lead every department of a vocational college, empowering students to achieve success and become self-reliant. Together as a campus management team, we changed the culture of the institution by embracing high standards of performance and moral character. I have earned a reputation as a go-to leader for change, launching new degree programs and implementing new content delivery methods. I overcome challenges through collaboration and creative problem solving skills, experiencing first-hand that “it’s kind of fun to do the impossible” (Walt Disney). I have a passion for mentoring employees, developing their skills and preparing them for greater responsibilities. I take a hands-on approach, first demonstrating then encouraging the individual to apply sound problem solving skills and leadership principles. As a result, executive leadership has looked to me multiple times to prepare leaders in training for roles at other campuses. I receive great satisfaction from helping others succeed.I enjoy sales and have a talent for developing relationships of trust quickly and persuading clients to make good decisions to reach their goals. I embrace principles of accountability with a positive attitude and use creative problem solving skills to achieve success and accelerate growth.
