About Rob Doyle

As a technical resource, I have worked as a Knowledge Management SME, database administrator, network engineer, web developer, business analyst and project manager. My work experience has led me to work for Fortune 500 companies, as well as numerous consulting firms working directly for the federal government. I understand and strive for customer conversion, whether on a public retail site, or an internal government application which is required by use. Project focus is always on usability and adoption, regardless of the setting. Current work has led me to the Microsoft SharePoint platform, where my wide range of experience allows me to act as a one-stop-shop for this massive application. I have engineered, designed information architecture and performed hands-on development for massive SharePoint farms, serving tens of thousands of users as well as smaller, more focused instances. The 2016/2019 product and Office 365 are opening more doors to social networking opportunities, crowd-sourcing applications, and easing the enterprise rollout strategy. My focus continues to be collaboration and information management, and now the options in the mobile sphere for delivery of content.
