I'm a people-person and a do-er. What do I mean by that? 🤔 Well, specifically- I've a background in human resources and people & culture - I specialise in equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI)- I like to help people get to the root of a problem - and then solve it - I also like to introduce new ideas to people, and show them how to upgrade their work with them I also sum this up as an Inclusion, People and Strategy Consultant. This means I spend my time working with a whole range of clients to demystify problems related to what they do, who for, and who with What might that look like- Clear reviews - from documents to organisational structures, policies to strategies - Super strategy - helping you make your direction and vision simple and actionable - Practical support - getting in there with you to help you get things done - Talks and training - sharing knowledge, ideas and thoughts to change perspectives And a whole lot more! I have experience of working with data, coordinating submissions to frameworks, supporting networks, reviewing department and service effectiveness, overhauling HR management systems, creating policies and undertaking employee relations work 🧠 I've worked with the higher education sector, and also within charities and small businesses.
