I have been a Community Association Manager since December 2009. I have managed Homeowners Associations and Condominiums including portfolio, on-site and developer controlled communities. My experience has included supervising personnel, managing vendors and contractors, developing and managing budgets, collection of delinquent accounts, enforcing deed restriction covenants, processing architectural requests, and guiding and supporting the Board of Directors. I was a Production Control and Logistics Supervisor (contract) at General Motors Pontiac Metal Fabrication in Pontiac, Michigan. I participated in daily production control meetings with senior management and supervised sixty union material handlers for both the production and material departments. My responsibilities included the movement of steel blank material and component parts from receiving through manufacturing and shipping. They also included expedited and scheduled truck shipping and receiving, bar code scanning and inventory control. I conducted weekly safety talks, safety audits and inspections. We shipped three million dollars worth of inventory daily through five shipping docks and one rail dock. I successfully manage a safety first culture by using employee involvement, work place organization, teamwork and accountability.
