I am certain that success is found in people, their skills, tools, technology, and processes. I am experienced as a scrum master and also as a key member of many agile teams. I am committed to Agile for software development and know how important iterative development truly is to completing a successful project resulting in a delighted customer. I constantly build my knowledge through tutorials and lessons in an effort to learn emerging technologies. Constant learning enables me to enhance my leadership and communication skills and my own self-improvement. My personal dedication to improving my golf game, combined with my optimism that I will someday hit that ‘one great shot’ showcases my commitment, persistence, and relentless positive attitude – If I could only see the same results on the golf course as I do at work!
