About Rob Elias

My focus is the MDF industry. I joined MDF Recovery LTD to bring this exciting recycling technology to the market. The ability to recycle materials is vital to our sector. I believe we have the best process to recover, recycle and repurpose waste MDF into natural insulation or simply reuse it to make MDF for the furniture sector. I work with MDF producers, furniture manufactures, timber framed constructors and insulation companies to help develop the use of recycled MDF fibres. I work with the manufactures and end-users to understand their needs and demonstrate that recycling MDF is a commercial opportunity. With our knowledge and facilities, we can • Run demonstration trials using your waste MDF in our UK pilot plant facilities. In Manchester we can demonstrate the ease of processing up to 150KG per hour of waste MDF. We are able to assist with; • Modelling your raw material savings by switching to a recycled source! • Help furniture companies meet the new requirements for recycled content in their products! • Save money for MDF manufactures by reducing their cost of production! With a global patent protected technology, we can offer MDF, furniture and construction companies a recycled material with enhanced environmental benefits. Website - About me: My passion is all about biobased materials and making the most from waste by recycling. Highly skilled, experienced, honest and proven business development manager! I like to build long lasting relationships in the forest product sector with all levels of stakeholders.
