With over 15 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and LMS strategy, including Workday Learning and SAP SuccessFactors, I’ve helped teams across industries elevate their training outcomes and employee engagement. As a Digital Learning Manager at Smithfield Foods, I led enterprise-wide learning initiatives for over employees, increased project completion rates, and introduced modern authoring tools like Easygenerator. From managing cross-functional teams and producing high-quality video content to leading RFPs for new Learning Management System (LMS) systems, I bring a strategic and hands-on approach to building learning solutions that align with business goals.
