About Rob Evans

I am a Senior Provincial Executive Director at BC Emergency Health Services, where I lead strategic and operational initiatives to improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of prehospital care in British Columbia. With more than two decades of experience as a paramedic and 13 years of military service in the Canadian Armed Forces, I have a unique perspective and skill set to address complex system-level challenges in the civilian and military health sectors. I hold a master's degree in Emergency Health Service Administration, a certification as a Critical Care Flight Paramedic, and multiple credentials in LEAN Six Sigma, patient safety, and tactical medicine. I am also a Certified Health Executive and a mentor at the Canadian College of Health Leaders, where I share my passion for developing and leading high-performing teams. My interests span across strategic management, operational planning, and training delivery for military and civilian medical personnel. My goal is to leverage my expertise and experience to contribute to the advancement and innovation of prehospital and military health services in Canada and abroad.
