Over 22 years experience in Policing, public services and third sector. My passion is cemented on a drive to keep people safe, improve delivery of services to the public and drive innovation for everyone, everywhere. Recent achievements include: Securing multi-million investment and strategic partnership between Higher Education and Policing within forensic science and investigation - Lancashire Forensic Science Academy. I have driven this venture from idea into reality within 2 years. Design and launch of the first Amazon Alexa Police Skill, bringing more information, help and guidance to communities through voice enabled technology. National programme manager - Working direct with Public Health England to design and launch the National Police Wellbeing Service (Oscar Kilo) Invited guest and speaker for health and welfare roundtable at Westminster with Nick Hurd MP and Key speaker at UK's first TEDx policing conference speaking on collaboration and innovation within policing. Host of ‘Inside Policing’ podcast - The UK’s foremost thought leadership podcast for Policing delivered through the College of Policing.
