During that time I have worked as an administrator and department chair for special education programs, taught agriculture, English, and strategies based college classes, and built several learning practicums for students from scratch using community partnerships and resources (golf facility, screen printing business, community garden). I have also been fortunate to work with the local medical industry in setting up student internships and career placements at companies such as Brookdale. My strengths in scope and sequence in developing quality services within IEP's has been the great accomplishment of my career, including student led IEP trainings and adjunct faculty work at MCC, teaching strategies for college success.
