My automotive retail career began in 2002 and in Automotive eCommerce / Digital Marketing in 2005 at Ft. Myers Toyota where I grew our digital presence and internet sales to consistently over 160 internet units sold per month. As Digital Sales & Marketing Director for John Marazzi Nissan in Naples Florida and his Audi Jaguar Land Rover store in Fort Myers I created a dominant digital presence and effective internet sales process. In 2011 I was a presenter for two sessions on "Video Search Optimization" at the Automotive Boot Camp in Orlando, FL and a Round Table moderator at the 10th Digital Dealer Conference. In March 2011 I was honored with the "Passion" Award given by the Pasch Consulting Group for lifetime achievement in automotive digital marketing. I am a proven trainer and developer of BDC processes. I utilize excellent phone skills and strong short and long term follow up. I employ a strong Google Page One Management Strategy to capitalize on "First Party Organic Leads" converted on a well optimized web site. Video, Blogging, and Social Media gaining a dominant search position over our competitors. In December 2011 I joined 3 Birds Marketing as the SE Sales Director. I presented dealers with a range of Digital Marketing products and strategies including; a robust e-Newsletter and Companion Engagement site, Reputation Management, Review Building and Social Media platforms all designed to help dealers build strong customer retention as well as sales and service loyalty. November 2012 I opened Fort Myers Vapor Electronic Cigarettes. A full service brick and mortar retail store with a strong online, eCommerce presence. We are now Ft. Myers Premier Vape store. In Nov. 2014 we expanded opening Cirrus Smoke Shop featuring American hand blown glass, Vaporizers and smoking accessories.
