About Rob Fraser

With a diverse background in property valuation and the rural industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to my roles as Principal Selling Agent at Ray White Rural Chinchilla and Director at Equipoised Group. Holding a Bachelor of Business (Property Studies) from Central Queensland University, I am a Registered Certified Practising Valuer and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. My qualifications also include an Associate Diploma of Applied Science from Dalby Agricultural College, Private Helicopter Licence and aeroplane licence. Driven by a passion for valuation, I recognise and adapt to the ongoing changes and pressures within the industry. Alongside my role at Ray White Rural Chinchilla, I co-manage and operate my family's farming and grazing business. My expertise spans broadacre farming, irrigation, feed-lotting, grazing, and pasture management. Having witnessed firsthand the impact of the gas industry on my family property, I offer practical experience and reliable valuation principles to both landholders and resource companies. My previous role as head of Fraser Valuers' Rural Property Management Team allowed me to specialise in broadacre farming, irrigation, grazing, pasture management, and pasture supplement feeding.
