With over 20 years of polictial, legislative and regulatory experience. I have held several ranking staff positions with federal legislators, managed political campaigns and counseled clients regarding regulatory and policy issues before the U.S. Government and represent clients before U.S. Executive Branch agencies and Congress. As a Principal at Cozen O' Connor, I regularly work with clients on matters before Congress and the administration and am actively engaged in the development and passage of legislation as well as regulation development and enforcement. Additionally, I work with clients on matters before state and local governments. I am registered lobbyist and actively involved in politics. My practice areas include, but are not limited to, technology, defense, homeland security, procurement, appropriations, competitive sourcing, transportation, energy, trade, and foreign relations.
