About Rob Fuller

Rob Fuller is an experienced attorney with a record of hands-on leadership in the healthcare industry. He served as chief operating officer of a hospital for over a decade, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Rob’s expertise extends to trial and appellate work, transactional experience in mergers, acquisitions, financings and reorganizations, criminal defense, and regulatory work. He advises clients on antitrust, general corporate governance, finance, nonprofit regulation, general commercial and real estate law. Rob also has significant lobbying and governmental representation experience. In addition to serving the healthcare industry, Rob has advised clients in oil and gas, refining, textile and other industries across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Fordham Law School, where he was Articles Editor of the Fordham International Law Review. Rob is admitted in California and New York, and is a member of the bars of numerous federal district and circuit courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court. Rob has served on numerous legal, trade association, and business committees, and has been a board member of several associations and a credit union.
