Respected & Distinguished Administrator | Advocacy-Driven Thought Leader | Education Consultant Over the past 15 years, I have dedicated myself to supporting families and the teaching profession building a reputation as an advocate, leader, and consultant who is passionate about delivering high-quality education for youth grounded in the philosophy that teachers play a vital role in the development of children and, as such, should collaboratively strategize to provide curriculum and guidance in a compassionate and dedicated way that matches the care of the parent. With this guiding mission, I have coached and mentored hundreds of staff through pivotal challenges in the industry, maintaining standards, inspiring, and motivating them to be innovative and remain engaged with families. In addition to my hands-on experience in schools, I also am committed to advocating for Principals and Vice Principals locally and provincially through leadership positions such as Treasurer, Vice President, and President-Elect with the Catholic Principals’ Council of Ontario and as Tier 2 negotiation support with the Principals Association Provincial Caucus Team.
