I am an experienced Engineering and Educational Consultant with a proven track record of driving process improvement and delivering customized training solutions. Over the past 5+ years, I have had the privilege of working with clients to identify key areas for enhancement and documenting findings in comprehensive reports. My role has also involved designing and delivering SOLIDWORKS Advanced Training, creating written course-ware and video content, as well as producing informative blog articles on various technical topics. Prior to my consulting role, I served as a Design Engineer at SC Johnson Professional™ A/S (Deb), where I actively contributed to research and development efforts for new and existing products. I played a crucial role in the product development process, from concept generation and CAD modeling to prototyping and testing. My experience also included analyzing competitors' technologies, maintaining familiarity with emerging trends, and participating in the development and management of intellectual property. Before my time at SC Johnson Professional™ A/S, I worked as an Industrial Designer at Hughes Decorr, where I managed project ideation, concept development, and client interactions. I used SOLIDWORKS to create production-ready designs with a focus on cost-efficiency and manufacturability. My role involved direct communication with vendors to ensure client satisfaction, and I had the opportunity to work on projects for well-known brands such as Coca-Cola, Tim Hortons, Sony, JVC, and others. With a diverse skill set encompassing engineering, design, and a strong background in education and leadership, I am passionate about driving innovation and continuous improvement.
