My background is predominantly within the world of Recruitment, Training & Development, Talent Acquisition and Career Management. Over the years I have helped heaps of individuals find great places to work from London, Dubai and Sydney. In addition to recruiting I have in tandem been responsible for hiring, training and deploying via Recruitment Training Academies, bringing new Recruitment Consultants into the industry through a rigorous skills and attitude development program with 1:1 coaching. Certified NLP Practitioner, Birkman accredited, SPQ Gold and BestFit accredited.
