I want the UK to be the best place in the world for Entrepreneurs to start and grow innovative new businesses, bringing exciting opportunities and wealth creation to our country. My role in achieving that aim is to translate the complexity of the UK tax system into practical advice so that my clients can do what they do best – make commercial decisions and drive their businesses forward. Typically, the advice I provide to my clients centres around the following themes- Private equity transactions- Management buyouts- Sale, merger and demerger transactions- Family and business succession- Transaction readiness- Management incentive arrangements- Raising new finance- Wider personal tax planning, including emigration and wealth structuring. For many of my clients, a transaction process is the most significant financial event of their lives. Therefore, it's hugely important for them to have a tax adviser who responds quickly, has a broad range of experience, and will stand alongside them throughout the transaction process and beyond. I provide that attentive service level to my clients and have more than 15 years' experience working exclusively with Entrepreneurs and the businesses that they operate. I also have an extensive network of professional advisers who provide complementary services, such as corporate finance advisers, investment advisers, lawyers, valuation and due diligence experts.
