I am also a natural problem-solver, improving sales processes as well as identifying and maximising opportunities for growth.My expertise spans sales management, business development, scalable sales process improvement, strategy, sales operations, marketing and IT as well as advocacy.Some recent career highlights include turning around the fortunes of Baseball Northern Territory (NT) and a sport in decline, significantly growing the membership and cultivating new markets whilst improving financial performance. As a NAB executive in Sydney, I was responsible for vastly improving sales outcomes, customer satisfaction whilst delivering $400 million in balance sheet asset growth and creating NAB’s first-ever fully automated end-to-end sales reporting suite. In 2019, my team won NAB’s Customer Champion Award in 2019. Level-headed and eminently adaptable, my sense of integrity and appetite for challenges ensures organisations flourish.
