This has involved architecting the core desktop platform for the Intercontinental Exchange (parent of the NYSE) and rescuing a critical rewards platform for AARP's 1M+ users. PEOPLE LEADERSHIP: Technology is built and run by people. My work as a founder (SkillBars), executive coach, and author on team dynamics has given me a unique perspective on building, mentoring, and leading the cross-functional teams needed to deliver on a strategic vision.
