During my career, I enjoyed a short and successful career as a territory representative and during the majority of time have been recruiting, hiring, training and coaching numerous top performing sales representatives. Sourcing top candidates and coaching them in reaching/exceeding their goals have allowed me to consistently deliver over plan performance. In my current role as a Director of Sales for Major Accounts in Upstate NY, I lead 6 sales professionals that consult with businesses to educate them on how they can help elevate their ability to recruit & retain top talent by leveraging world class HCM technology.
