About Rob Grizzle

For over my 30 years in business I have had a passion for making and creating: front line sales, developing market strategies, & building custom solutions to achieve goals year over year. My personal passion for sales and operations has been the catalyst for building a deep and broad strategy skillset in our industry, where I have consistently added value by bringing a unique perspective to every engagement. As a follower of Christ, my faith is at the core of how I conduct myself as a leader, collaborator, and coach.Throughout my career, I have been a formal and informal coach and mentor to my colleagues and friends alike, and it is a distinct privilege to help guide and lead those around me. From our 5 adult kids, to fellow congregants of my church, and finally my teammates (above and below), I consistently lead with a servant leadership mindset: getting into the trenches and working together toward our shared objectives.I also enjoy meeting and getting to know new people, so should you like to have a conversation together, I look forward to hearing from you!
