Rob is a key member of our Oliver Wyman VECTOR Transportation Services team. He has 30+ years of experience in aviation and rail including maintenance programs, reliability, engineering, process improvement, quality, compliance, and Continuing Analysis and Surveillance Systems (CASS). Relevant Experience – Developed and implemented CASS and Reliability programs. – Enhanced and increased effectiveness of current reliability programs and functions. – Developed and implemented new maintenance programs to support aircraft acquisitions. – Maintained high performance work cultures by providing leadership through performance planning and assessment, coaching, and issue resolution. – Oversaw maintenance program and engineering compliance objectives. – Optimized maintenance programs for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. – Designed maintenance programs and structured check packages for aircraft and rail operators. – Led cost cutting and efficiency initiatives in engineering, reliability, and maintenance programs. – Managed new aircraft acquisition requirements and implementation objectives. – Optimized heavy maintenance provider processes and controls for maximum effectiveness and compliance. – Assessed operational programs and recommended improvements. Rob has been an active leader and member of various industry working groups including: A4A’s Electronic Aircraft Records Transfer Working Group, IATA’s Aircraft Leasing Advisory Group, and A4A’s Maintenance Programs Industry Group and Aircraft Health Monitoring Group as well as various aircraft fleet industry steering committees.
