About Rob H.

With 25+ years in the recruitment solutions industry, including 15 years in senior leadership, I have built, led, and scaled high-performing recruitment teams across IT, Engineering, Business Support across a wide range of geographies - UK & International. My experience spans large international groups, SMEs, and start-ups, giving me a grounded and versatile perspective on what drives performance in different recruitment operating models. I have led contract and perm teams of 40+ consultants with full P&L responsibility for up to £10m+ GP / £48m revenue. I’ve also been directly responsible for large-scale business transformation including leading complex restructuring programmes, turnarounds, and post-acquisition transition. Most recently, I oversaw the acquisition and successful integration of CBSbutler in partnership with IPE Ventures. My leadership approach blends commercial strategy with a genuinely people and culture orientated focus. I am comfortable steering forecasting and board reporting just as I am in designing an EVP strategy or client solutions.
