About Rob Hale

If I can count $.50 per day starting wage as working then I was a part-time Hale Advertising Co. employee from age 8 to 32. Started my first full time job at 17 for Lake Shore Inc. and 40 years, 20 different titles later I retired, it was a pleasure working with the LSI and Oldenburg Team. One day my wife Anita and I decided to go on an adventure, which landed us in Texas and found another fantastic company Unify Energy Solutions. Un-retired and 9 years, 4 more different titles later, exciting, challenging, rewarding and a whole bunch of new friends that are like family. 2 more months part-time helping with transitioning my role and then retirement #2 Dec 2023. Next I am gearing up for the Adventure of a lifetime traveling miles fishing my way along Americas Great Loop by boat. It will be mostly a solo trip Houston in the ICW east to Florida to see my brother Phil, north up the ICW, Hudson River, Lake Champlain to Montreal, southwest down the St. Lawrence, northwest through the Trent- Severn to north through the Georgian Bay to Lake Superior to see my sister Becky, south to Lake Michigan for Anita’s family reunion, south through downtown Chicago, and rivers south stopping in Indiana to see brother Tom and pop out at Mobile Alabama. And then west back to Houston.
