About Rob Halsey

I have served for 27 years in the U.S. Navy and have extensive experience in Information Technology, Radio and Satellite Communications, Cyber Security, Strike Group Frequency Management, COMSEC Management, and Traditional Physical Security policy development and program management. I extensive leadership and team management skills, leading both large and small groups while serving as an acting staff Command Master Chief (CMC) for a Carrier Strike Group and a Destroyer Squadron, as well as a schoolhouse Senior Enlisted Leader. I also completed numerous tours as a Department Leading Chief Petty Officer throughout my career. I have also served as a U.S. Navy instructor, a course curriculam model manger, an afloat assessor, and as a Naval exam writer. I currently serve as the Navy's IT Rating lead and as an Information Warfare Shore Readiness analyst at Naval Information Forces command.
