Prior to Roundstone, Rob held several key leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Bearings Limited, where he was responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing of a diverse range of bearing and power transmission products. His tenure at Koyo Bearings USA as Executive Director of Industrial Sales further honed his expertise, managing North American sales for a leading manufacturer in the industry. Additionally, Rob's experience as an Account Specialist at SKF and an Account Manager at Symons equipped him with a solid foundation in client relations and sales strategy. Rob earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Eastern Illinois University, laying the groundwork for his extensive career in sales and leadership.
