About Rob Hamm

Rob Hamm is Milestone’s National HSE Manager and has over twenty five years of environmental experience with the last 15 years focused on health and safety and managing contaminated sites remediation projects. Rob’s combination of health and safety expertise, remediation project management experience, and proven ability allow him to quickly comprehend a project’s key issues, identify actions that need to be taken, and manage highly specialized technical experts in the execution of a safe and successful program. Rob is recognized by his peers for his skills in facilitating input on complex projects, and effectively managing implementation of plans. Rob's remedial project experience extends beyond traditional excavate and haul programs and includes: permeable reactive barrier (PRB) wall installations to treat metals contaminated groundwater, stabilization and solidification of hazardous waste metals in soil, Waterloo Barrier® groundwater containment wall installation, air sparging / vapour extraction system installation and operation, bio cell construction, and wet oxidation hydrothermal treatment to treat PAH contamination.
