Highly motivated Manager with experience in Corporate Training, District Sales Management and Strategic Planning. Proven success in leveraging corporate metrics, methodologies with educational theories to help design, develop and deliver successful training programs and integrate the corporate goals and vision. Adept at increasing sales, organizing and facilitating management and teams to utilize successful sales tactics. Background: Almost 19 with US Foods. In that time, US Foods has grown to include 60 distribution centers, plus employees, became a publicly traded company (2016) and has reached $23 billion in gross sales. I have been Territory Manger (TM), District Sales Manager (DSM) and most recently, Sales Deployment Lead, with a focus on teaching ‘best practices’ via corporate training. I was awarded the DSM of the year in 2010, President’s Cup for 2012 and 2013. I lead DSMs in the Denver market in multiple strategic initiatives. Most recently I have helped develop and deliver a training program for US Foods, teaching their proprietary metrics;(CookBook – the company’s model for strategic customer pricing including a TM Compensation change).
