Rob is Head of the Cambridge Office and Head of Professional Services for LSH's East Region. Rob has over 25 years experience in the property profession within private practice. He joined Lambert Smith Hampton in 1996 and advises a range of commercial organisations including local and national occupiers, Government, financial institutions and property companies- Loan Security valuation of Europe's largest hanging garment warehouse (1.2m sq ft) in Peterborough - Acting for Orchard Street IM as landlord on a rent review of a sq ft office building in Cambridge- Advising Aberdeen Standard Life on their occupier strategy for Castle Park, Cambridge, including rent reviews and lease renewals - Acting for Hermes IM on sq ft mid tech/warehouse in Witham - Lead Director for Anglian Water Services and OFWAT in the valuation of various sites across their portfolio - Acting for a regional Builder’s Merchants in a valuation of their entire portfolio, forming the basis for a strategic review of the portfolio and informing further acquisition decisions- Lead Director for £20m+ portfolio valuation of 51 properties across East Anglia for loan security- Advice to international food production company on their East of England occupational strategy - Acting as Expert Witness in Arbitration, Submission to Independent Expert and in Court Proceedings under the Landlord & Tenant Act for various clients- RICS appointed Arbitrator and Independent Expert, specialising in Retail and Offices- Court appointed Single Join Expert in the valuation of a mixed commercial portfolio of 20 properties in divorce proceedings
