About Rob Held

At Geigsen, our mission is to help organizations bring strategy to life through people. Through decades of advising organizations on their strategic plans and most pressing initiatives, we have learned that organizations don't change - people do. Only when team members understand what the strategy means for them as individuals can we create lasting change. That is our super-power. We focus on practicality, not theory, and bring an experienced but approachable team. I bring extensive experience in helping clients with executive coaching, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, competitive benchmarking, financial reporting, operational management, and product and channel marketing. During my career, I have also spent significant time serving in operating roles; helping turn strategies into action from the “other side of the desk.” When not creating chaos at work, I enjoy the chaos of a large extended family and unplanned, off-the-beaten-path, global travel.
