Architecting systems and solutions that result in organizations becoming more successful and efficient has been the objective for over twenty-five years. Areas of expertise include cloud security, server technologies, solution development, technical documentation, and mentoring. Extensive background starting in computer hardware then moving to include networking, servers and domains. With firm knowledge and an expanding experience with infrastructure began to include SQL, ERP and WMS system deployments to the resume. Worked with dozens of small to mid sized manufacturing companies for over 15 years to provide a complete 'one stop' resource who could provide expertise for everything from hardware to infrastructure to software system deployments. Started working for Infor in 2015 and quickly became the SME for Infor's technology stack of products including ION, IFS, Mingle, IDM and Infor OS. In 2018 became the lead architect for the newly formed Identity and Access Management team focused on Infor cloud security. Define, develop and document best practices for cloud security for Infor cloud and hybrid customers. Work with Microsoft and Okta to be early adopters of new technologies and services. Work with Infor development to enhance Infor products and customer experience. Tasked with testing and validating new software builds and capabilities before their GA release. Develop, build, document and deliver hands on enablement workshops to other Infor consultants and partners. These include Infor OS deployment fundamentals, IAM fundamentals, Infor OS administration and Infor STS security. These workshops contain over 9 days of materials and exercises and have been highly attended and rated. Experience running a team of consultants providing direction and insight on how to adopt Infor and industry technology to achieve optimal results on projects. Excellent written and communication skills, very personable and comfortable speaking to customers and groups of various sizes. Works well within a team and individually with little to no management required. Detailed oriented, extensive experience and broad expertise with a zest for solving complex problems.
