You become what you believe you are! I’m a grand optimist and aim to live life through lens of growth in and out of the workplace. Every day is a journey with a mission to not become a person of success, but a person of substance. If I'm not behind my computer, chances are I am outside hiking/backpacking, on the water, running, biking, swimming, on a board 🤙, traveling, or doing something active. Brooksource Differentiator: The caliber of humans we attract to work for us is unique. I believe there must be another company out there like us and maybe even better, but I sure haven't seen it. I'm most proud of our Net Promoter Score (NPS), which is currently 81 amongst our clients and consultants. This makes our experience driven approach tangible.
