I am a seasoned professional with extensive technical and UX experience. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for administering and executing a wide variety of complex tasks, as well as for leading and collaborating with teams and overseeing and supporting various projects from inception to completion. Currently, I am the Mapping Escalation Specialist I with Google via Cognizant. In this role, I serve with a team in operating a proprietary GIS program to correct and verify data for Google Maps. Additionally I have been working as the team's point of contact with design and engineering teams regarding the replacement of that program. I also perform various complex tasks, institute improvements in data by training algorithms, and ensure the meeting and surpassing of daily metrics. In addition, I liaise with senior leadership and various other personnel and teams to ensure the company’s technical support structure is driving the business forward at all times.
